Scheduled On-Site Service:
Spectrum Sports Int’l has offered scheduled On-Site Service for over a decade. Our service truck covers the entire country (see map above) and provides the most economical factory service option in the industry. Our mobile Service Technician is able to perform training, inspection, cable and parts replacement, and any other maintenance needs as requested.
Spectrum Sports Int’l is able to fly a Service Technician to any location for urgent service, inspection, or training. The cost varies depending on the amount of advance notice which significantly affects associated travel costs. The cost for parts and labor remains fixed.
Customers who wish to install OEM Spare Parts themselves have the option to do so. Instructions are supplied with the part, and our courteous support staff is always available to answer any questions.
It is our goal to offer you several options for maintaining the quality and safety of your equipment. Please contact us with any questions.
We understand that your staff may change from season to season, or you may want a refresher on the safe operation & maintenance of your product. Our On-Site Training includes instruction, demonstration, and a written test for up to 20 individuals per session.
On-Site Training and On-Site Service can be coordinated to happen at the same time to save you time and money.
