"Spectrum Sports Int'l is not only the best manufacturer of climbing walls, but is also the best as far as service after the sale. They create easy-to-maintain units that require minimal effort to check the status of the auto-belay tanks (you can tell the level of oil at all times...no other manufacturers do this) and are always ready to help if you call and need a quick fix for something. Most importantly, their service calls and offerings after the sale is what has really sold me on the company. Kevin Bethers, probably the most resourceful person on the planet, is our personal guy that comes around once a year and helps maintain the compliancy of the wall by providing cable, pulley bolts, and anything else needed to keep the wall working in top shape. For a nominal fee, he handles all of those issues that are required on an annual basis. I don't know any other company that has an employee like Kevin on their staff....and having someone that installs and services over 250 units a year has my vote to handle our service needs! Bottom line, Spectrum Sports Int'l not only has the best product on the market, but their commitment to customer satisfaction through their service calls and support line put them head-and-shoulders above the competition.
